So this dude surprised me with a Malaysia road trip that almost lasted forever. It started out as a 4days 3 nights trip but then we just didn't want to go back. HAHA. So I was told to just pack a bag and we are going to Malaysia. First stop was supposed to be Mickey Mouse Cafe because I'm only th biggest fan of th mouse couple. But, they were closed for a private event. Sigh, just our luck. So reminder to all, check with them via a fb msg just in case you don't want to waste your time.
So, off we went. First stop... Kuala Lumpur!
Had dinner at this chinese restaurant that R and his family used to go to and they were uber packed due to it still being CNY period. But luckily for us, they had a table for us and we didn't have to wait at all. After a scrumptious dinner, we went around to get some meds cos I forgot mine and then went back to th hotel to shower and then off to Genting we went.
Next was Malacca. We stayed at this awesome hotel, Swiss-Garden Hotel & Residences. When I sad awesome, I meant awesome. Tn view was impeccable and th room was huge! A 4 star hotel hor less than $80? Woah. One of th best hotels I stayed ever~ and their service was awesome. We called down to ask them to send up some shampoo and they sent up 6 bottles for me. Not that I need 6 bottles, but yah. Other hotels will be so stingy and only give 1 more bottle? Not them.
Made our way down to Jonker street and th parking was horrid! We finally found a lot and thankfully it was at one of th ends of th street. Did a walk through and had our dinner at this place we found online. Dabbed some other food and then we saw this place that you can customise tees and th boy agreed to get a set done! Yeay! Pictures of th tee is on instagram. Anyway, th only reason why we got those tees were because th next day was Valentines and also, it was th 7th day of th chinese new year and according to customs, we have to wear new clothes.
Off to our "last stop" (Didn't know it wasn't at that point of time) Port Dickson. Don't mind th uneven brows, didn't bring my make up along for th trip. Thank goodness for my outdated brows embroidery but better than nth. So if grog is your thing, you'll have figured out that so far, our trip has been...
Up to KL, pass Port Dickson down to Malacca and then up to Port Dickson again. And then after, down to JB again to get back to home. Weirdo~
Stayed at this place that th boy been to once. Can't rmb th name for th life of me but as soon as I rmb, I'll get this updated. Didn't book this hotel through HQ cos we couldn't find it so we went through another website. They fucked up our booking and we didn't get th room we wanted so as usually, call and complain. Had to pay extra to finally get th room we wanted. and Woah! Th room was huge! Something like th size and layout of a Chalet you can get in Singapore.
Anyway, just a foot note. If you wanna get some massage at PD, do it early. Because we went around 1130 and everything was closed. Good lord.
Came back to Johor and we decided to stay a night so that we can finally get to go to Mickey Cafe. Went back onto HQ and got a boutique hotel. Didn't want to spend that much money anymore cos this is th 4th hotel on th trip. Arden hotel. Th boy was bit skeptical when we reach th hotel but it was alright. Th surrounding was REALLY quiet but th interior was really clean and pretty.
Went onto groupon and got Shabu for 2 at dirt cheap prices. Th food was better than expected and So damn reasonable.
So th next day, we finally got to go to Mickey Cafe and boy was it worth it. I personally HIGHLY recommend th Hawaiian Pizza if you ever get th chance to go. Th pizza is thin crusted and uber uber yummy. Will defy come back for more when I get th chance! Yum Yum.
SO that marks th end of th our 5 days Valentines trip. Thanks babe for all that you did for me. Making me feel like a princess and everything. I love you, my Sun and Stars.
