So, as th title promises I'm here to pass down th tried and tested "Drey's way to losing weight" in just 3 simple steps and looking like me! Just kidding, you need good genes to be like me but, well, NO HARM TRYING. Hahahahahah!! My friend actually tried it and she lost 3kg within 2 weeks or something.
Step #1 Eat 3 meals a day at regular timings!
There's this stupid believe going around that if you skip meals, you'll lose weight because your body will be eating on your fats or whatnot. NAH! BIG NONO! Skipping meals will only lead to you feeling more hungry and eating more at th next meal you have. See, Its a vicious cycle. That is why I stressed on th 3 meals a day part.
And what I mean by regular timing? For example, if you always have your dinner around 8 plus, make sure that you always have your dinner around th same time. Cant really remember th reason behind this but trust me.
Step #2 Exercise!
Bitch please, in this world, there is no such thing as a free meal. If you want it, you have to work for it. I know, I self-declare myself to be allergic to exercising but you have to remember, I live on a hill top. Every time I leave my place to find my friends, I have to climb down 2 steep slopes and its a good 6 minutes walk to th nearest bus stop. And every night when I return, I have to walk that 6 minutes walk back and, climb up th 2 steeps slopes. It ain't as though I live in a HDB and I can just jump into a lift and it will bring me up.
Actually, come to think of it, I do quite a lot of exercising. Climbing slopes, walking around shopping centres window shopping because I'm too broke to buy anything, and clubbing once a week. Clubbing REALLY loses weight I swear! HAHA. You perspire in th club, shake your bootaye to th songs and drink.
You cannot expect your body to burn away all the food that you ate my simply sitting in front of th computer and playing your games or whatnot. Exercise is super easy. Just that y'all are mad lazy to even try.
Step #3 Less Carbohydrates.
DO NOT completely go off carbo as your body needs it to function. Since you were born, you body is used to taking in and breaking down carbo so if you just stop out of a sudden, you will be confusing your body and it may lead to you easily falling sick.
Just take LESS. For me I always ask for half th amount of rice/noodles when I am eating out. Firstly, too much rice/noodles are a huge turn off to my appetite. So if you are listening to my advice, just ask for less at th moment. Your body needs to slowly get use to a new diet.
So those are th 3 Simple Steps to Losing Weight. Now, I shall throw in some tips just because I'm in a good mood and I wanna be nice.
Tip #1: No more heavy meals after 8pm. Your body needs time to digest th food before you sleep.
Tip #2: Less Oil, more Vegetables. I'm pro-Veges. I LOVE VEGES
Tip #3: When you feel full, you have over eaten. Compensate by doing more walking!
Tip #4: Calm your tittes. You WILL NOT see results overnight.
