Idiot-Proof Guide to Chocolate Chip cupcakes

Okay Since I got bored and cant think of what to blog, I gonna do a parody Recipe post! hope you guys enjoy it! HEEHEE

Idiot-Proof Guide to Yummilicious Chocolate Chip Cupcakes

Ingredients needed.  

Step 1: You will need a box of Betty Crocker Chocolate chip cupcake dough. Best is to get th ready made type. As th title says, IDIOT-PROOF! hahahaha. 

Step 2: Add in 3/4 Cup of plain water. I used tap water because I have been drinking tap water since i was a cute little girl. But if you are picky, you can go with bottled water or purified water. 

Step 3: 2 Eggs is needed for th recipe! Not provided in th box. I used whatever eggs I had in th fridge of my place. Pardon th weird face cos idk what I was thinking. :( 

Step 4: Vegetable Oil. Dont need to be Coronal Oil. Any vegetable oil will be cool. 1/4 Cup of it will be fine. looks like ALOT but its okay! You can try putting a tad bit less cos mine turned out abit too oily for my liking. 

Step 5: Get a maid to help you do th mixing of th Oil, water and eggs. For me, I got my Babygirl, Celine to mix it. Else she felt like she didnt do anything. HAHA. Mix it well and thorough. 

 Step 6: Put contents of th Betty Crocker Chocolate Chip mix into a clean glass bowl. Why glass you may ask, Its because you can see if th whole batter is well mixed later. We added extra chocolate to make th Cupcakes more yummilicous! Dont mind us, we are chocoholics. :)

 Step 7: Mix both th mix and the oil-water-egg mix together. Try folding in mix. Go google. Its a little tip I learn from Ms Fadilah during my guiding days. If you dont know what it is, try googling. Cos its a tad bit hard to explain. Okay i shall try. A. stir 360 degree. B. Cut down th middle. C. scoop one half onto th other half. D. Repeat ABC for afew times.

 Step 8: Fill up th cupcake tins. Ideally, you have to fill up to 3/4 of th cup and then th dough will rise up and fill up th whole cup. But we were working with limited cough and too many mouths to feed. HAHA. So will filled up slightly below half. :)

 Step 9: Place cupcakes into a pre-heated oven @ 210degree for around 12mins. Please put in a tester cup first to check th temp of th oven. Th box said 450F for 16-20mins but it was bullcrap.  

 Step 10: Take out all th pretty cupcakes and leave them to cool.

Step 11: Decorate your cupcakes with pretty icing sugar however you like. I say my cupcakes look like "6 Cupcakes" half th quality of twelve cupcakes NAH! not that bad. Maybe 10.5 cupcakes? heehee. Tried and tested. It taste AWESOME! Th inside is soft and orgasmic. *wink*
