Let me break it down to you to micro pieces. I started work on th 26th of Feb. And within th week, this DEAF MUTE(I don't think he is mute but deaf people usually don't talk because they don't know how th word is pronounce, yup) asked me out for supper. Correct me if I'm wrong but, is that against th law? Something about employer employee shit?
Anyway, (i deleted all th evidence from my phone. Some GENIUS I am! Major :( BUT, I'm trying to see if my friends still have them.) There is ONE incident that happened to me that i can remeber vividly and I told my close friends about it. They can vouch for me! This employer, whatsapped me at a inappropriate timing and asked if i wanted to go for supper with him. OBVIOUSLY I said "no thanks"( politegirl93).
But this rejection could not get through th thick skull of this bugger as he tries to convince me by using his Motorcycle. OMG. *Typical ahbeng alert!* Wanted to shake off th bugger so I told him that my mum don't allow me on bikes. (Worse excuse ever) But, omg, he doesn't stop! he still said that i dont have to tell my mother. So i just stopped answering him. And from then on, any non-work-related text he sent me went unanswered.
I asked th other girls if they got such messages from th deaf mute and they all said yes. OMG, so he does this to ALL th employees of his! Wait, except that indian girl that worked less than a week before getting fired. So, I personally conclude that he is racist! And I think its really unfair that he fired her within th week as no one is perfect and some people just need more time to learn and get th hang of things.
ANYWAY, was looking through th contract that th company made us sign and I saw that afew clauses were not followed by th "CEO" of my outlet, WHICH I CHOOSE NOT TO DISCLOSE, (I work super near my house anyway. And i stay @ seletar hills). As I was saying, I found afew clauses that th company didnt follow. IDK if it will be wrong to state it out so i shall use my own words. WAIT, it only says confidential information, which this ain't at all! But, just on th safe side, I will use my own words. Lets party!

While on probation, th company or employee can terminate the contract by GIVING NOTICE before th following schedule is out. ..... (Totally my own words. Sorry if it sounds broken)
According to this clause, I, dubbed forever probation girl by my friends, SHOULD have gotten notice that i had been fired right? NO oh NO! My "CEO" decided to just take me off th roaster and NOT tell me that i am fired. I had to hear from th other girls that my name is no more on th roaster. At this point of time, all i felt was just MEH, this guy did not even have th professional courtesy to tell me that i am fired. How professional dude. Dare call yourself a "CEO".
Okay enough of ranting. Lets analyse what he said about us. And you can argue and say that he might not be talking about us, Bitch please. Find someone that got fired from a certain dessert shop @ Greenwich. And you can call it a women's intuition or gut feeling. Plus, i own up to ONE of th mention "fault".
Firstly, all i can say is, My last day of work is 29th of March. And he posted this today, 28th June. Real mature dude. Anyway, Let me do my thing and you guys just be entertained okay?
